Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus,
because through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit of life set me free from the law of sin and death.

Title

1

God's children freed from sin and death

2

[ Romans 8:1-2 ]

Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, because through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit who gives life has set you free from the law of sin and death.

3

There are two kinds of people in this world. People who believe in Jesus and those who do not believe in Jesus. So, what's the difference between these two types of people?

4

Adam is the first man of mankind.

At the same time, Adam became the first sinner by breaking the promise with God.

The sin was passed on to all who were his descendants born through Adam.

5

Man is born with the sin of Adam. Romans 3:23 tells us exactly.

¡°for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,¡±

All humans have fallen into the misery that can no longer be with God.

6

Death came in as sin entered the world. Everyone who sins experiences death.

7

If there is someone who says that there is no sin, that person should not die.

However, none of the people born in this world will die.

This is clear evidence that everyone is bound by sin.

8

What will happen to those who have faced death because of their sins?

All who have died must be judged by God.

¡°Just as people are destined to die once, and after that to face judgment,¡± (Hebrews 9:27)

All humans who have not solved the problem of sin are faced with this judgment and go to hell.

9

God wanted to solve the problem of human sin.

To solve this problem, He sent the only Jesus in the form of a human being.

10

Jesus came in human form, but he overcame sin and did not sin.

He died of crucifixion instead of all the sins that plagued humans.

God has executed the sin that was holding people to death on the cross.

11

Anyone who has faith in Jesus has the power to overcome this sin.

The moment you believe in Jesus and become a child of God, the Holy Spirit will be with you. He stops sin from taking over the person anymore.

12

But those who do not believe in Jesus do not have the power to overcome sin, so even if they do not want to, they will live as sins do. Sin leads people to live according to greed. Sin leads us to live according to our selfishness.

13

On the contrary, those who believe in Jesus do not live according to what sin says. Because the Holy Spirit helps us overcome what sin demands.

He protects us from living by sin.

14

He rather guides us to do things that please God. The Holy Spirit with those who believe in Jesus helps us to love God. He helps us to leave selfishness and develop a heart to love our neighbors.

15

God gave great gifts to those who believe in Jesus.

He has given us the privilege to call God ¡°Father¡±.

[Galatians 4:6.] ¡ºBecause you are his sons, God sent the Spirit of his Son into our hearts, the Spirit who calls out, ¡°Abba, Father.¡±¡»

We have made it possible for us to live on this earth as special people who can call God, the master of the universe, the father.

16

Another gift is that we who believe in Jesus are not condemned.

He helped us not to be judged by sin after death.

We have been given the grace to live in Heaven forever with Jesus.

[Romans 8:1] ¡°Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus,¡±

17

We who have received this gift must live in a different way than those who do not believe in Jesus. You should not be afraid or disappointed by the difficulties you may have in your life. The difficulty in this world is incomparable to what we will receive. You must stay away from sin by the guidance of the Holy Spirit who is with you. I hope that you will be people of faith who glorify God through good deeds that please God.
